Guatemala La Flor - (Medium Roast)

Can you say, "chocolate"? The name of this coffee translates as, "the flower of Guatemala" and is appropriately named so. These deep dark chocolate notes compliment your life at any time of day. Going a bit further, if you add a touch of cream it will bring out a slight toasted cashew flavor.

Guatemala La Flor - (French Roast)

We roast this bean to a true French Roast profile, so are careful not to damage the natural chocolate notes. An intensely dark chocolate flavor is accentuated by a smoked almond overtone. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised at how much flavor a dark coffee can have.

Espresso - (Northern Italian Style)

By choosing beans that compliment each other to perfection, and not over-roasting, we have developed a recipe that is pleasant when imbibed as a shot and conveys flavorful complexity in a specialty coffee drink. It has notes of berry with a bit of citrus zest and dark chocolate. The crema is beautifully thick and rich. This is an espresso that will earn you many compliments.

Sumatera - (French Roast) aka Frank Sumatera

This is a French Roast with a syrupy body and boldly unique overtones of butterscotch and smoked nuts. We nicknamed this coffee after one of our favorite customers who coined himself, Frank Sumatera. He had lived in Sumatera for nearly 15 years and had the pleasure of flashbacks when he would drink the Storm Mountain Sumatera coffee. He wouldn't just buy one pound at a time either. It would be 10 pounds so he could share it with all of those he appreciated.
